Civil Servants are now promising jobs and ensure the old days, so the magnitude of public interest to be civil servants. There are many ways to get this job, especially illegally through brokers recruitment of civil servants. Fraud in the acceptance of candidates for Civil Servants is one crime that often afflict people associated with the role of the Criminal Investigation Unit Pekanbaru City resort in the Crime Investigation Fraudulent act. The purpose of this thesis, namely; first, the role of the Criminal Investigation Unit resort city of Pekanbaru in criminal investigations fraudulent act committed by brokers prospective civil servants Civil, secondly, the barriers faced by the Criminal Investigation Unit resort city of Pekanbaru in criminal investigations fraudulent act committed by brokers prospective civil servants , third, the efforts made by Satreskrim resort city of Pekanbaru in overcoming the obstacles that arise in the investigation of criminal acts committed by fraudulent brokers civil service candidates. This type of research can be classified in this type of sociological research. This research was conducted in the City Police Pekanbaru, Source of data used were obtained through three (3) legal materials primary data, secondary data and data tertiary. Data collection techniques in this study with a questionnaire, interview and literature study. From the research, there are three fundamental problems that can be inferred. First, the role of Pekanbaru City Satreskrim resort in the investigation of criminal acts committed by fraudulent brokers civil servant candidates have not been accomplished in accordance with the Code of Criminal Procedure. second, barriers experienced by Satreskrim Pekanbaru City resort in the investigation of criminal acts committed by fraudulent brokers civil service candidates, namely the lack of evidence of the complainant, witnesses were difficult to come by, no clear division of tasks between the units Satreskrim as well as the suspect who had escaped. Third, the efforts made by Satreskrim resort city of Pekanbaru in overcoming the obstacles that arise is to disseminate the importance of awareness of the law, not give sufficient evidence, find suspects, increasing the number of investigators. Suggestions writer, first, the expected role Satreskrim resort city of Pekanbaru in criminal investigations fraudulent act committed by brokers prospective civil servants Civil must be implemented effectively in accordance with the duties and responsibilities, Second, barriers experienced by Satreskrim resort city of Pekanbaru in the investigation of criminal acts The cheaters must be resolved. Third, efforts made by Satreskrim resort city of Pekanbaru in overcoming the obstacles that arise in order to be carried out so that the case of brokers prospective admission of civil servants can be solved.
