Pengaruh Standar Operasional Prosedur Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Karyawan Lapangan PT Irsindo Pratama Riau

This study aims to determine the effect of the operational standards and procedures on employee performance more in-depth analyzes about the influence of the operational standard procedure to employee performance PT Irsindo Pratama Riau field located at Complex seulawah PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia Duri. Data were collected by means of questionnaires and interviews. The concept of the studied variables there are 2 free variable that is Standard Operating Procedure with the dimensions of time efficiency, benchmark assessment, anticipation of occupational accidents, and adherence to regulations. And the dependent variable is the quality, quantity, and punctuality. The study population was all field employees PT Irsindo Pratama Riau totaling 52 people. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS. The sampling technique used is the method of testing techniques da census data used in this study include the validity and reliability, simple linear regression analysis, tests r2, and t test.
Based on the analysis of this study showed that there is a strong influence among the standard operating procedures of the performance of field employees PT Irsindo Pratama Riau which is based on the level of the coefficient of correlation is in the range between 0.60 to 0.799 interval where the coefficient of 0.731 and a positive value. Results of hypothesis testing found that t-count larger than t-table that Ha is accepted. From the above analysis it can be concluded that a significant difference between the standard operating procedures of the performance of field employees PT Irsindo Pratama Riau.
