Phenomenon of this research because they are seen as still lacking as Neighborhood Head and Hamlet Head in carrying out any duties. It look now only administrative tasks. This research have good mind for how Neighborhood Head and Hamlet Head doing them job, and for identify factors which affects Execution of Task Neighborhood Head and Hamlet Head of Delima Urban Village Tampan Subdistrict Pekanbaru city.
The concepts used in this research is according to Suprihartono, he say indicators of success Execution of Task are as follows : Mastery of task, able to cooperate, able to finish the job, able to create a work report. Method of this research is dekriptif kualitatif. To collect data, this research use interview method, observation, documentation.
The results of research can be known that Execution of Task Neighborhood Head an Hamlet Head of Delima Urban Village Tampan Subdistrict Pekanbaru City still not maximal. Because in this research we can see that execution of task Neighborhood head and Hamlet Head just do Administrative task but other jobs such as keeping social environment still not enough. This is because several factor fot example like : ability of RT/RW, relationship factor and community participation facktor. expected results of this research Pekanbaru government could pay more attention Neighborhood and Hamlet with providing training.
