quadrilateral and to prove the concurrency of six bisector angles using Ceva’s
Theore, it also gives the requirements that the non-convex quadrilateral have
a tangential non-convex quadrilateral. It also discusses the length of radius
tangent circles outside the non-convex quadrilateral using the area of non-convex
quadrilateral. Furthermore it discusses how to calculate the length of the circle
side tangents from the excircle of non-convex quadrilateral construction. It
also discusses how to contruct semi-Nagel point of non-convex quadrilateral.
This study proves that the outer circle tangent can be constructed in a non-
convex quadrilateral and semi Nagel point can be constructed in a non-convex
quadrilateral .
