Analisis Risiko Ergonomi Berdasarkan Kualitas Desain Stasiun Kerja Dan Sikap Kerja Dinamis Perawat Pada Rumah Sakit Islam Ibnu Sina

Nurses are medical personnel at the hospital, has a very varied tasks, such as lifting or pushing patient. The wrong position or not ergonomic can cause injuries that can degrade the performance of nurses. This study aims to determine the quality of the design of work stations, dynamic work posture of nurses , and the risk level of ergonomic at Rumah Sakit Islam Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru.
The population in this study are all nurses working in Rumah Sakit Islam Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru totaling 228 nurses. Sampling using the formula Slovin by e=10%, then the total sample of 70 nurses. This research is a descriptive study with two variables: the design of work stations and dynamic work posture. Validity and reliability test using SPSS 21. The results show the validity and reliability of the work station design and dynamic work posture variables declared valid and realible. The method of analysis is descriptive analysis. The analysis showed that the risk level of ergonomics in the design of the nurses station included in the category 'not at risk' with the result of 3.62. Than, analysis shows that the risk level of ergonomics at dynamic work posture included in the category of 'sufficient risk' with the result of 3.07. It is suggested to nurses to reduce the bad habits that can cause pain and rest with the correct body position.
