This study aims to determine the effect of supervision and comumunication through work discipline against spirit of employess at PT. SMS Finance Pekanbaru. The population in this study was all employed about 101 people and data analysiswas performed using the path analysis processed with SPSS version 18.0 .
The result showed the effect of supervisionon spirit of employess through work discipline and communication effect on spirit of employess through work discipline.
This Companies should be more attention to employee morale, for example by creating a clean room, tidy and away from the noise that can distract employess in the work so employess will feel comfortable and calm in completing the work.
