This study aims to determine the counting procedures, collecting, depositing, ang reporting of Value Added Tax (VAT) and to determine the fulfillment of obligations treasurer collects VAT on Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi and Kependudukan Provinsi Riau
The sample of this study is Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi and Kependudukan Provinsi Riau by using the method of data collection is observation, interviewa with the bendaharawan dinas, primary and secondary data collection.
The results of this study concluded that the treasurer of Dinas Tenaga Kerja,Transmigrasi dan Kependudukan Provinsi Riau have done the counting procedure, collection, and remittance of Value Added Tax, but in filling identity, namely the taxpayer name, TIN,and addressof the taxpayer should be filled with trhe identity of the partner ,facture of tax no completed, besides the treasurer is also not submit (SPT) and late treasurer deposited
