This study aims to determine how the influence of career development and work environments simultaneously and partially on employee job satisfaction palm oil mill PT. Johan Sentosa Bangkinang. As for the population in this study were employees working at PT. Johan Sentosa Bangkinang which amounted to 51 people. While the sampling is done by making all employees in the sample. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis with quantitative analysis tools that multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18.00. From the testing that has been done, simultaneous test (f-test) showed that the career development and working environment have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction palm oil mill PT. Johan Sentosa Bangkinang, while the partial test (t-test) career development and working environment have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction palm oil mill PT. Johan Sentosa Bangkinang. Expected to companies that seek to improve employee job satisfaction by providing provide promotional opportunities for all employees who meet certain standards, such as employees who have been working and the employees who have performed above average or very maximum.
