Produksi Dan Pemasaran Fillet Ikan Patin (Pangasiushypophthalmus) Unit Pengolahan Ikankampar Perum Perindo Di Desa Koto Mesjid Kecamatan Xiii Koto Kampar Kabupaten Kampar Propinsi Riau
This study was conducted in january 2016 which is located in Kampar Fish Processing Units Perum Perindo Koto Mesjid Village XIII Koto Kampar Subsdistrict Kampar District Riau Province. Research aimed to described production activities and marketing Pangasius hypophthalmus fillet done Perum Perindo in Koto Mesjid Village. Methods used is the survey by conducting a case study in Kampar Fish Processing Units Perum Perindo. Production activities in Kampar Fish Processing Units Perum Perindo consisting for the provision raw materials, processing raw materials be fillet and production fillet are produced (of supplying a stock). The volume of production fillet in a day as many as 122 pounds per day derived from raw materials as many as 244 kg per day. System for the marketing fillet carried out using two ways that is delivery to Perum Perindo Center with quota system 5 tons and marketing directly to the about its operations as the City of Pekanbaru. Delivering activities and marketing fully provided by the head of marketing Kampar Fish Processing Units Perum Perindo. Overall production activities and marketing done by Perum Perindo is good , for the total of revenue obtained would cover total cost (a charge the production and marketing costs) that issued.
