Kandungan Logam Berat Timbal (Pb) Dan Tembaga (Cu) Pada Beberapa Bagian Tubuh Ikan Tembakul (Periophthalmus Sp) Di Perairan Dumai Dan Rupat Utara Provinsi Riau

This research was held in the coastal waters of Dumai and North Rupat, Province of Riau in November 2015. The aim of this research is to determine the distribution and the mean of Pb and Cu concentrations in Mudskipper’s muscles, gills and bones; to find out the comparison of Pb and Cu concentrations in the Mudskipper in two different stations and also to know the relation of Pb and Cu concentrations towards the mudskipper length difference. The sample was divided into muscles, gills and bones to be analyzed in Marine Science Laboratory. The mean of the Pb content in the muscles is 4,8549 (μg/g), the gills 3,7139 (μg/g), and the bones 3,7185 (μg/g). The mean of Cu content in the muscle is 3,1765 (μg/g), the gills 2,1666 (μg/g), and the bones 2,4186 (μg/g). The accumulation of heavy metals based on the size of mudskipper is found that the content of Pb and Cu were higher in the small size than the large size of mudskipper. According to the sampling areas, the higher value of Pb is found in the coastal waters of North Rupat, 4,3838 (μg/g) and the higher value of Cu is found in coastal waters of Dumai, 2,6085 (μg/g).
