Dampak Degradasi Sumber Daya Hutan Terhadap Sosial Ekonomi Masyarakat Kabupaten Rokan Hilir (Studi Kasus Di Desa Sekeladi Kecamatan Tanah Putih)

Forest resources are basically a productive asset that has an impact on the socio-economic community. On this study going to explain about socio-economic will get an impact of forest degradation . Around 195kk sample has been used. The method to pick up a samples it's been called 'Random Sampling'. For this study the primary data is the way to pick up a data directly under observe and taken a note by an offer a questioners, also do some interviews with corespondents in Sekeladi village, Sub-district Of Tanah Putih, District Of Rokan Hilir. A data has been analysis by using method of qualitative descriptive approach anlysis, where's all a data has been collected, interpreted and put together with a logic method. The results of this study indicate that the impact of forest resources degradation affect social community of Sekeladi Village Tanah Putih subdistrict which is assessed include measurement of human development index through the value of IPM coefficient obtained by 65,41 which is that IPM is in lower middle category (50-65,9) . In addition, the impact of forest resources degradation also affects the social community of Sekaladi Village Tanah Putih in terms of education, health and environment. The impact of degradation of forest resources affects the economic community of Sekeladi Village, Sub-distirct of Tana Putih, District of Rokan Hilir from the measurement of forest resource revenue (PSDH) which has fluctuated in value every year during the last six years due to degradation of forest resources.
