Working safety show at protection of prosperity of physical with purpose to prevent the happening of accident or injure related/relevant with work, health work to refer to physical condition, bouncing and stability of emotion in general. condition of well and healthy will make an optimal performance of the employees and bad health condition can bother employees performance, performance basically is what done or is not done by the employees. Performance management is entirety activity to increase the company or organisation performance, include performance of each individual and work team in the company.
This research is done by writer at PT. Haleyora Powerindo Branch Pekanbaru. As for the reason choose the location is because this company active in electric specially the conservancy which is according to researcher have some risk happened by the work accident and fluctuate performance of employees every years.
In this research methodologies used by is quantitative and descriptive with program SPSS, where sampel used by that is entire/all employees of part of field worker that is as much 70 responder, Enquette (quesioner), representing data collecting givenly or propagate list of question to responden on the chance of giving respon for the questionnaire. Interviewing, that is do/conduct Question and answer directly by supervisor, and also the manager becoming research responder.s
From result analyse data covering validity test, reabilitas, and doubled linear regretion, health and safety work against employees performance. Each owning indicator which each other be interconnected and have an effect on positive to performance of at employees of haleyora Pekanbaru.
