This research aims to determine how high the increased gross motor skill of ability children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten PERMATA BUNDA Kotogasib city Siak regency using Performance Throw and Catch of Ballmethod. This research is a classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles. Data collection tool using in this study is in the form of sheets and documentation for writen about the activity being during the time action, using camera as a instrument tool. The number of subject in this study were 10 children, consisting of 6 boy and 4 children girls. Using performance throw and cacth of ball method. Based on analysis of the assesment process there was an increase of 2 cycles. The result of this research are very satisfying, because getting the average value is very significant from before action to cycle I, and cycle I to cycle II, that is from 25,51% increased 34,71% by percentage 9,2%. And from 34,71% increased 60,28% by percentage 25,57%. From the result of these studies, concluded that the performance throw and catch of ball to learning by giving a positive response to children and able to increase gross motor skill of ability in children.
