Peran Modal Sosial Dalam Pengembangan Agroindustri Keripik Nenas (Studi Kasus Pada Kelompok Usaha Agroindustri Keripik Nenas Di Desa Kualu Nenas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar)

This research aims to identify the social capital, to analyze the role of social capital, analyzes the relationship of social capital with social capital, and identify problems in the business group of pineapple chips. This research uses a survey method with respondents consist of 12 craftsman pineapple chips. Data collection method in this research is primary data and secondary data. To analyze the role of social capital and social capital in this study using a quantitative method using a questionnaire in the form of Likert Scale. To analyze the relationship of social capital to the role of social capital uses Spearman rank correlation analysis. Social capital at group of pineapple chisps agroindustry scored high enough categorized 3.24 obtained from the network, social norms and beliefs and the role of social capital gaine and average score of 3.31 were instrumental obtained from adaptation strategies and defense, individual capacity development network expansion social, streng then cooperative relationships, increase trust between stake holders and build social awareness. Spearman rank correlation results between the role social capital as a whole is weak, but the relationsip between the development of the capacity of individual to trust that has a strong relationsip.The problem faced by the agro-industry group that is in the form of chips pineapple cooperation among business owners is less well establishe and factor insufficient capital to develop their business.
