Analisis Curahan Waktu Kerja Wanita Pengusaha Agroindustri Makanan Skala Rumah Tangga Di Kecamatan Kuok Kabupaten Kampar

The purpose of this research is to analyze the working hours of women entrepreneurs agro industry food household in Sub-District Kuok of Regency Kampar, as well as to analyze the relationship between socio-economic factors on the working hours of women. The sampling method in this research using census sampling technique by making a sample of the entire population. This research was conducted in District Kuok of Regency Kampar. The selection of the research site with the consideration that many agro-foods that are owned by women.
The results of the analysis show the total working time productive activities of women entrepreneurs is 3.536,67 hours/month or 79%, total working time on reproductive activities is 854,17 hours/month or 19% and in social activities total working time is 110,00 hours/month or 2%. The correlation results show that the factor has a significant relationship is the amount of family burden with the Sig. (1-tailed) smaller than 0,05 is 0,023. The correlation coefficient value of the number of family dependents to the working hours is 0,542*. Positive values indicate the direction of unidirectional relationship is the higher number of family dependents, the higher the working hours of women, while education factor, age, number of children under five, women income and total household income does not have a significant relationship to the working hours of women.
