Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Impor Garam Indonesia Tahun 2006-2015
Indonesia is an archipelago that has the longest coastline in the world into two so that it has the potential resources in the production of salt, but Indonesia is still importing large amounts of salt. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the import of salt Indonesia 2006-2015.
The data used in this study is the annual time series data from 2006-2015. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with Ordinary Least Square method (OLS) using Eviews 7.0 program. This study uses three independent variable is the exchange rate and Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
The results of this study showed that simultaneous variabel exchange rates and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) effect on salt imports Indonesia. The rupiah exchange rate and a significant negative effect on salt imports Indonesia. While the gross domestic product and a significant positive effect on salt imports Indonesia. The magnitude of the effect caused by these two variables together against the dependent variable amounted to 69,87%.
