Pengaruh Infrastruktur Jalan, Jembatan, Dan Listrik Terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Dan Pengentasan Kemiskinan Di Provinsi Riau

The objective of this research is to find out the effect of road infrastructure, bridge, and electricity on employment and poverty reduction in Riau Province.
The data used in this research is sekunder data that get by Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Riau Province, Public Works Service and Spatial Planning of Riau Province and PT. PLN (Persero) Riau Region and Riau Island. The independent variable is the best condition road (good + average), bridge and electrict. Otherwise the dependent variable is the total of labor and the ratio of poor in Riau Province from 2005-2016. This research uses a quantitative method and analyzed with regression analysis.
The results showed a variable road infrastructure and electricity positive and significant effect against to employment, bridges infrastructure positive but not significant effect against to employment. Electricity infrastructure positive effect and significant to poverty reduction, road infrastructure and bridge effect was positive but not significant to poverty reduction.
