Pengaruh Budaya Kerja, Motivasi Pendidikan Dan Latihan Terhadap Komitmen Kerja Pada Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi Dan Informatika Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu

The research was conducted on employee to Department of Communication and Information Indragiri Hulu for sample of 87 people. In the hypotheses make use of statistical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS analysis tools.
The results showed that the Culture of Work, Motivation and Training has significant effect on the environment of employee commitment Department of Communication and Information Indragiri Hulu. Jointly these results do suggest there is significant influence variables work culture, motivation and training of the commitment. With a good work culture and a strong motivation and to be given sufficient education and training will provide a good working commitment of the employees.
