Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Dan Loyalitas Pelanggan (Study Kasus Pada Sop Tunjang Pertama Jalan Pinang Pekanbaru)
The purpose is to determine the effect of quality to costumer satisfaction and loyalty at restaurant Sop Tunjang Pertama Jln.Pinang Pekanbaru. As for the population in this study are all customers in the Sop Tunjang Pertama on 2017. While in the sampling using Nonprobability Sampling which technique used is Purposive Sampling so that the number of samples obtained as many as 120 people. Analysis of data used is Path Analysis with the help of has program SPSS version 21. From the tests that have been done know that Quality of Service and Product Quality Affect Customer Satisfaction. Quality of Service, Product Quality Customer Satisfaction Influence on Customer Loyalty to Sop Tunjang Pertama Jln.Pinang Pekanbaru while path analysis shows that Quality of Product Quality affecs Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction at Rumahmakan/Restaurant Sop Tunjang Pertama Jln.Pinang Pekanbaru. In Sop Tunjang Pertama Pekanbaru still maintain the quality of its products so that customers do not switch to competitors and to Sop Tunjang Pertama in order to provide services to customer quickly respond well and care about the complaints of the creation of trust and Customer Loyalty.
