This study aims to influence the story-telling method with flannel board on the ability to speak 4-5 years old children in PAUD Jasmine Al-Hidayah Tampan Pekanbaru. The population and sample of this study are children aged 4-5 years amounted to 20 children. Data collection techniques used are observation. Data analysis technique used in this research is t test. From the results of this research, the storytelling method with flannel board has a significant influence on the ability of Speaking at 4-5 Years Old Children in PAUD Jasmine Al-Hidayah Tampan Pekanbaru. The storytelling method with flannel board has an effect of 25.74% on the ability of Speaking ability at 4-5 Years Old Children in PAUD Jasmine Al-Hidayah Tampan Pekanbaru.
