Meningkatkan Keterampilan Sains Melalui Metode Bermain Air Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Di Paud Terpadu Kesuma Kecamatan Sungai Apit Kabupaten Siak
research aims to understand the skill science through method children

Kabupaten Siak. The subject of study is the children in PAUD Terpadu Kesuma
Kecamatan Sungai Apit Kabupaten Siak 5-6 years old consist of 12 children were 7
boys and 5 girls. The act of class research conducted in 2 cycle. Data collection was
conducted in march 2017, through instruments data collection sheets observation the
teachers and obsevasi the children. The result of the research indicated that science
skills children 5-6 years in PAUD Terpadu Kesuma Kecamatan Sungai Apit Kabupaten
Siak which are not as expected, children could not observation floating objects and
sank, objects solvable insoluble and properties of water. Children could not classifying
objects floating and sink, objects soluble insoluble and the properties of water. Children
could not communicate objects floating and sink, objects soluble insoluble and the
properties of water. Children could not measuring objects floating and sink, objects
soluble insoluble and the properties of water. Children can not predict objects floating
and sink, objects soluble insoluble and the properties of water. Children could not

children can be obtained children during the activity of playing. Observation is focused
on the application of act done by teachers and skill science children during the process
game in progress. Before teachers are doing the act of the average skill science the
children was 33,33% criteria BB, while in cycle I study results children reached 39,7%.
Based on the results of reflection cycle I have increased when in comparison with study
results achieved by a child at pre cycle. After the contrast between before and after the
act of 39,7%. Looking from result cycle I was not as expected needs to be done the act
of advanced cycle II. Cycles II it uses education planning to be prepared for and any
activity will be conducted recording that it can be seen level a change in value to be
obtained. Of observation who carried and the assessment results of the look increased
capacity science children significant compared to a cycle I when cycle I obtained the
average 39,% and cycle II 62,2%. Based on the results of action against cycle I and II
cycle showing the skill of science children aged 5-6 years could promoted through a
game played water.
