Sintesis Dan Uji Toksisitas Analog Pirazolin Dengan Inti Naftalen Dari 1-Asetilnaftalen Dan 2-Fluorobenzaldehid
ABSTRACT
Pyrazoline is one of alkaloids that available in limited amount in nature, but it has biological activities for treatment of various diseases include cancer. Analogue compound of pyrazoline (PF CN1-2F) with naphthalene core has been synthesized from phenyl hydrazine and chalcone (CN1-2F). This chalcone is a condensation product beetwen 1-acetylnaphthalene and 2-fluorobenzaldehyde with microwave irradiation method. The purity of the compound was carry out with TLC test, determination of melting point and HPLC analysis. Compound of the chalcone and pyrazoline have been characterized using UV-Vis, FTIR, HRMS and NMR spectrometers. Results obtained the synthesis of chalcone and pyrazoline compound were produced 92% and 36% yield, respectively. The activity of chalcone and pyrazoline were screened through toxicity test with Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) method. Results of toxicity test show that the chalcone was toxic with LC50 0,604 μg/mL and has potention as a anticancer agent, however pyrazoline compound was not toxic with LC50 more than 200μg/mL.
