Profil Autopsi Kasus Kematian Pada Korban Luka Tembak Di Rs Bhayangkara Pekanbaru Tahun 2013-2017
Gunshot wounds are caused by penetration of bullet into the body. Gunshot wounds are associated with criminal cases involving firearms as a means to injure or kill person. This study aims to determine the autopcy profile of gunshot wound victim cases in Bhayangkara Hospital Pekanbaru in 2013-2017. The research method used is retrospective descriptive by using secondary data of Visum et Repertum at Bhayangkara Hospital Pekanbaru in 2013-2017. The sampling technique used in this research is the total sampling and univariate analysis. The results showed that 16 cases of gunshot wound death victim were autopsied. The highest case profile was male (12.7%). Age ranged about 25-45 years old (43,8%). The most common type of gunshot wound was the entry wound (80%). The most range of gunshot wounds is long-range wound (100%). The highest wound distribution were in the chest and back region. Most death were cause wound shot injuries (87,5%). A request letter of making the Visum et Repertum to gunshot wound victim cases mostly came from the external police department of Pekanbaru (87,5%).
