Wooden dust contaminates industrial areas so that woodworking workers can be exposed and susceptible to pulmonary function changes.This study aim was to determine the level of wood dustand and assess the lung physiology of Woodworking workers in CV.X. The study design was descriptive cross sectional. The study included 18 Woodworking workers taken by total sampling. The results of measurement levels of wood dust in section I was 1,48 , at section II was 4,81 and section III was 8,05 . The data of respondents characteristics was obtained by using questionnaire and the value of lung function was obtained by conducting direct examination towards the respondents. Respondents were mostly men (83%), age group 36-45 years (44%), >5-year workforce (61%), with a duration of exposure ≤40 hours (67%), did not use personal protective equipment (62%), had no history of diseases that impaired lung physiology (95%), smokers (50%), work site in section II (39%),and also overweight (56%). The amount of normal lung function of respondents was generally 62%, mild restrictive lung disorders 28%, moderate obstructive lung disorder 5% and 5% mixed pulmonary disorder.
