Keanekaragaman Tumbuhan Paku Famili Pteridaceae Di Kawasan Universitas Riau Berdasarkan Fitokimia

The diversity of ferns pteridaceae based on the phytochemical in Riau University Region has not been reported. The purpose of this research was to find out diversity of ferns in the Riau University Area of the Pteridaceae Family and identify phytochemical components. This research was carried out from December 2017 to March 2018. Samples were collected from the field using exploration method. A total of 5 species of Pteridaceae were identified in the study. Their phytochemical contents were tested from leaf, petiole and rhizom. The result showed the positive reaction on alkaloid in leaves (5 species), petiole (3 species), rhizom (4 species); flavonoids in leaves (3 species); saponins in leaves (4 species), petiole (3 species), rhizome (2 species); tannin in leaves (3 species); and steroids in leaves (4 species).
