Through Drawing Activity Patterns In Children Aged 5-6 Years in early childhood

are still a lot of children fine motor skills have not been well proven in the child's play
using eye coordination and a children's fingers difficulties in doing games such as: 1)
children are not able to stick or making collages, children clinging to the pattern
determined not yet out of the pattern. 2) Children are still difficulties in mimicking the
pattern image. 3) Children can not cut the paper following the specified line so that the
cuttings do not fit the pattern. 4) Children are still having trouble holding a pencil or
crayon, hold a pencil still in the tip of a pencil, but a good way to hold a pencil which is
dipangkal pencil. Therefore, it needs a way to increase fine motor skills in early
childhood Mother Rahmat Batu subdistrict Hampar Rokan Hilir. The purpose of this
research is to improve fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years through a drawing
activity patterns in early childhood Mother Rahmat Batu subdistrict Hampar Rokan
Hilir, to determine the pattern drawing activity in improving the fine motor skills of
children aged 5-6 years, to find out how large an increase in the fine motor skills of
children aged 5-6 years through a drawing activity patterns in early childhood Mother
Rahmat Batu subdistrict Hampar Rokan Hilir. This research is a classroom action
research because this research involves peers and the study was conducted in two
cycles. Data collection tools used were observation sheet, the number of research
subjects are 10 children. Based on the analysis of the assessment process 2 cycles
increased that the first cycle of the average value of 50.42%, the second cycle the
average value of 71.88% compared before given the action that is 36.25%. From these
results we can conclude that the games can improve the ability in children aged 5-6
years in early childhood Batu subdistrict Hampar Rokan Hilir. This means that the
activities planned and sustainable pattern drawing can improve fine motor skills in
children aged 5-6 years.
