Analisis Kelayakan Finansial Usahatani Gambir Di Nagari Sialang Kecamatan Kapur Ix Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota

This research is aimed to analyze the financial feasibility and sensitivity of gambir farming to the changes in input and output prices in Nagari Sialang Kapur IX Sub District Lima Puluh Kota District. The Selection of research sites was done intentionally. The data used include primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires and interviews directly to farmers. Secondary data is obtained from various literatures, printed media and some agencies such as BPS and Agriculture Agency. Data was collected in April 2017 and data were analyzed using Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B / C) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) criteria. The results showed that gambir farming in Nagari Sialang District Kapur IX District Lima Puluh Kota economically feasible; it has a positive NPV value of Rp. 521.166.238, -, Net Benefit Cost Ratio is greater than one that is 5.59 and IRR value is bigger than Social Opportunity Cost of Capital (SOCC). Gambir farming in Nagari Sialang Kapur IX Sub-district of Lima Puluh Kota Regency is still feasible to be cultivated if the cost of production increase up to 20% or if the selling prices decrease up to 20%.
