Dampak Upah Minimum Dan Investasi Pmdn Terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran Terdidik Di Provinsi Riau
Economic development is a process that causes per capita income of a country's population to increase in the long term. The main objective of economic development efforts is to create growth and improvement of human resources (HR), which potentially Indonesia has sufficient human resource capacity to be developed and on the other hand faced with various obstacles especially in the field of manpower, work that is rapidly but not followed by the availability of sufficient jobs. The area that became the object of research is Riau Province, with the consideration that Riau Province is a developing Province where its development is very rapidly on the development side so that many migrants from outside the Riau Province who are highly educated want to seek jobs in this rapidly growing province. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. The study analyzed data by describing and describing data that has been obtained as it is and using a quantitative approach with mathematical calculations because the data used in research in the form of numbers and then associated with theories that have something to do with the problem. In this study the authors used multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using classical assumption test, simultaneous test (F test), partial test (t test), and multiple determination coefficient (R2) using SPSS 24.0 program. that wage rates have a positive and significant effect on educated unemployment in Riau Province. This means that as the level of wages increases it will also increase the educated unemployment rate in Riau Province and it is known that investment has no effect on educated unemployment in Riau Province.
