Faktor – Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Curahan Jam Kerja Tenaga Kerja Sektor Informal Di Kota Pekanbaru

The informal sector capable of supporting the economy in Riau Province, this can be done with data from BPS that mentions 52.70 people in the informal sector. This study aims to analyze the factors, education, age and the number of dependents on the handling of informal sector workers in Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City, that is with a sample of 100 respondents with a total population of 147,119 people. Determination of sample by snow ball samlpling method. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression or OLS by using dependent variable and four independent variable that is wage, education, age and amount of family dependent. Techniques of data writing using interview methods conducted with the questionnaire. The results showed that the variables having significant influence, education, age and number of family dependents did not significantly influence the work activities in the informal sector in Pekanbaru City.
