Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Dan Word Of Mouth Pada Klinik Tsabita Panam Di Pekanbaru
This research is conducted to analyze the influence of Service Quality, price to Patient Satisfaction and Word of Mouth on Clinic Tsabita in Pekanbaru City. There are four variables in this research such as Service Quality (X1), Price (X2), Patient Satisfaction (Y1) and Word of Mouth (Y2). The population of this research are the each patient who go to Clicic Tsabita with 100 respondents as the sample selected by using probability sampling method and using accidental sampling. Data are taken by accidental sampling is getting for data from each patient who meet in field by giving questioners to respondents. This research use Path Analysis method with SPSS version 20. The result of this research shows that Servis Quality has significant effect to Word of Mouth. Price has significant effect to Word of Mouth. Servis Quality has significant effect to Patient Satisfaction. Price has significant effect to Patient Satisfaction. Patient Satisfaction has significant effect to Word of Mouth. Servis Quality has indirect effect to Word of Mouth with Patient Satisfaction as intervening variable. Price has indirect effect to Word of Mouth with Patient Satisfaction as intervening variable. The expectation of this research is to recommend clinic Tsabita mantain the Servis Quality to improve Patien Satisfaction and Word of Mouth for clinic Tsabita and down the price to improve Patient Satisfaction and Word of Mouth for clinic Tsabita.
