Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dan Motivasi Kerja Guru Melalui Supervisi Pengawas Sekolah Terhadap Kualitas Pembelajaran Guru Di SMP Negeri Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten Pelalawan
The purpose of this research to analyze the contributions of principals’ leadership and teachers’ working motivation through school supervisors’supervision on the quality of teachers’ learning. By using Stratified Random Sampling technique, as many as 84 certified teachers were chosen as the sample of the research. Questionnaires were used to collect the data, then, the data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) There is a positive and significant contribution of principals’ leadership on the quality of teachers’ learning; (2) There is a positive and significant contributionofteachers’ working motivation on teachers’ quality of learning; (3) There is a positive and significant contribution of the principals’ leadership through school supervisors’ supervision on the quality of teachers’ learning; (4) There is a positive and significant contribution of teachers’ working motivation through school supervisors’ supervision on the quality of teachers’ learning; and (5) There is a positive and significant contribution of principals’ leadership, teachers’ working motivation and school supervisors’ supervision simultan eously on the quality of teachers’ learning. Some implications and suggestions are also given in this research.
