Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Pengembangan Karir, Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan LPP RRI Pekanbaru
The population in this research is all employees of LPP RRI Pekanbaru about 104. People. The sample size is 83 people. Data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection method used is Questionnaire. Data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative. Descriptive is used to provide an overview of the data. This analysis was conducted on 83 respondents from 104 employees of LPP RRI Pekanbaru, sampling was done based on slovin formula with non probability sampling method and data collection was done by spreading questionnaire while data analysis using multiple regression method with SPSS Ver.23.00 program.
The results showed that the value of work discipline variables are in fairly good category, while the company expects the results of discipline job satisfaction has a higher value. Furthermore, work discipline affects job satisfaction. This means that the company must pay attention to employee work discipline in the future. Furthermore, the value of career development, the variables are in either category. Career development can have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, organizational culture affects employee job satisfaction. This means that with a good organizational culture, able to provide satisfaction to employee job satisfaction and ultimately the performance of employees will increase. This means the higher satisfaction employees get from their jobs to get employees to work maximally to improve their performance.
