Pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik Dan Lingkungan Keluarga Terhadap Karakter Kewirausahaan Siswa Di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) pedagogic competence on students’ entrepreneurship character of MAN 1 Pekanbaru, (2) family environment on students’ entrepreneurship character of MAN 1 Pekanbaru, and (3) pedagogic competence and family environment on students’ entrepreneurship character of MAN 1 Pekanbaru. It is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The population of the research are 118 students of MAN 1 Pekanbaru in academic year 2017-2018 and the sample are 91 students. Probability Sampling technique is used in taking the sample. The data collection technique used is questionnaire. The prerequisite analysis test includes normality test, linearity test, multicolinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Data analysis technique is F test and T test. The result of this research shows that (1) there is positive and significant influence of Pedagogic Competence on students’ Entrepreneurship Character of MAN 1 Pekanbaru, with T-test (1,718) greater than T-table (1,671), and significant value less than 0.05, that 0.002 by 41.80% of great influence. (2) there is positive and significant influence of Family Environment on Student’s Entrepreneurship Character of MAN 1 Pekanbaru with t-test (1,767) bigger than t table (1,671) and significant value less than 0.05, that is 0.000 by 56.80% of great influence, and (3) there equally is a positive and significant influence of Pedagogical and Family Environment Competence on Students’ Entrepreneurship Character of MAN 1 Pekanbaru with F test (15,530) is bigger than F table (3,110) and significance value is smaller than 0,05 that is 0.000. The major contribution of Pedagogical and Family Environment Competencies simultaneously on Entrepreneurship Character is 24.4%. It can be concluded that family environment has bigger influence compared to pedagogic competence on student entrepreneurship character in MAN 1 Pekanbaru, So, it is suggested teachers, students and parents to give each support for education so that the entrepreneurship character of students develop well.
