Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional Dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Akuntansi Di SMK PGRI Pekanbaru

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the influence between emotional intelligence and learning motivation to the accounting learning result in SMK PGRI PEKANBARU by using partial and simultaneous. This reasearch had done in SMK PGRI PEKANBARU. The technic of sample withdrawal that uses in this research is purposive sampling, with 119 students as sample.
The data collecting is done by questionnaire and documentation. The analyze method that was used is double linear regresi analysis. The result of the result shows : 1) emotional intelligence gives influence to students’s result. 2) learning motivation gives influence to emotional intelligence. 3) emotional intelligence and learning motivation gives influence to students’s result.
