Analisis Kompetensi Guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama Yang Sertifikasi Dan Tidak Sertifikasi Kecamatan Pulau Burung Tahun Ajaran 2017/ 2018
Teacher as educators are leaders of education in the classroom, must be have professional competence and pedagogic competence, to create a process effective learning in the classroom. This research was conducted with the master to find out the differences in teacher professional competence and pedagogic competence of teachers who certified and who have not been certified, in the learning process that has taken place. This study was conducted in November – march 2018, the sample used all junior high school teachers in pulau burung totally 84 teachers. The data collection uses a differential scale questionnaire, both for professional competency testing and pedagogic competence. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis and T test analysis ( independent T- Test sample ).
The findings in this study are as follows: 1) the pedagogic competence of certified teacher after t-test shows that there is a significant difference (a) pedagogic competency of the teacher who has the highest score on the indicator of the implementation of educative and dialogical learning (80.54%) , (b) the lowest score is obtained from the indicator of the use learning technology ( 69.02%). (c) Pedagogic competence of teachers who have not been certified to get the highest score on sub – competencies or indicators of the implementation of education learning ( 77.02%). (d) For the lowest score , that is from the indicator of the use learning technology (46.80). 2) Teacher’s professional competence for which certification is conducted t-test show that there is no difference in the professional competence of teachers who are certified with teachers who have not been certified. (a) the professional competence of the certified teacher obtains the highest score on the indicator to understand and apply learning theory in accordance with the level of student development behavior (81.08%). (b) for the professional competence of teachers who have been certified to get the lowest score on indicators capable of using various, facilities, media and other learning resources effectively at (58.15%), (c) Professional competence of teachers who have not been certified to obtain the highest score in indicator can grow the personality of the students to get the highest score that is equal (80.45%). (d) for the professional competency of the certifiable teacher obtaining the lowest score the is equal to ( 57.44%) on the indicator applying the right learning method and the highest score that is (81.08%) of the indicators applying learning theory in the accordance with the level of development of participant behavior.
