Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Promosi Terhadap Citra Dan Kepercayaan Pasien Rawat Inap Aulia Hospital
The needed of healthcare service such as hospital show a trend to increase, and this this industries is served both by private or government’s hospital. The finding of this research is Aulia Hospital can’t get the target market widely, eventough has given a excellent service quality and has a numerous way of promotion by Aulia Hospital’s marketing team.
This research using Partial Least Square Approach to analyze the data from 100 sampel, that is Aulia Hospital’s opname patient,that give a respond to research’s instrument by questionnaire about service quality, promotion, Hospital Image,and trust .
The result of this research show that service quality has a positive and significant effect to both Hospital Effect and Patient’s Trust, Promotion has positive non significant effect to Hospital Image but have positive and significant effect to Patient’s Trust. This research also stated that Hospital Image has positive and significant effect to Patient Trust, and mediated the effect of both Service Quality and Promotion to Patient’s Trust. This research’s result suggest Aulia Hospital to maintain or increase the Hospital Image to increase the Patient Trust.
