Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Kerjasama Tim Bisnis Mikro Pt. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Cabang Duri Terhadap Komitmen Karyawan Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening
This research is aims to know and analyze the influence of organizational culture and teamwork on employee satisfaction and commitment.
The proposed hypothesis problem as follows: the first hypothesis, Organization Culture significant effect on employee satisfaction; second hypothesis teamwork significant effect on employee satisfaction; third hypothesis, Organizational culture have an indirect effect on commitment through employee satisfaction. Forth hypothesis, Teamwork have an indirect effect on commitment through employee satisfaction. Fifth hypothesis, employee satisfaction effect on employee commitment. The research was conducted by survey method explanatory research.
The population in this study was an employee at micro business Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero). The sampling technique used is proporsional stratified random sampling. To determine the sample size using the formula Slovin from 189 employees 128 people in the sample. To process the data that has been obtained from the questionnaires and test the hypothesis that use computer tools with SmartPLS. These data are then processed by means of test validity, reliability,andPartial Least Square (PLS) technique analysis to hypothesis test.
The results showed that organizational culture and teamwork have significantly positive to employee satisfaction. Organizational culture and teamwork have an indirect effect on commitment through employee satisfaction. While employee satisfaction has a significant and positive affect toward employee commitment.
