This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance. The influence of workload on employee performance. The influence of leadership on employee performance through morale. The influence of workload affect the employee performance through morale and To analyze the influence of work morale on employee performance at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru Branch.
The population of research is PT.Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru Branch as many as 190 employees. The sample size that will be used is 129 people using simple random sampling method. Data analysis using Path Analysis (path analysis) with the help of SPSS program.
The results of this study indicate that Leadership and workload affect the Employee Performance. Leadership has a significant effect on Employee Performance through Morale. Workload has a significant effect on Performance through Morale. And Work Morale has a significant effect on Performance.
