Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Dengan Motivasi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (Asn) Kantor Kelurahan Di Kabupaten Siak
The finding of this research show that the lack of discipline of the officer, low compentation paid to the officer, and lack of the horizontal relationship between the apparatus.
This research and aims to know confirm the theory and relevant research that show there is the effect of leadership, compensation, work environment to Government Apparatus’ Job Satisfaction through work motivation as intervening variabels. The data analyze using path analyze with Partial Least Square approach, to 99 respondent as population and saturated sample from 9 Kelurahan in Siak Regency.
The result of this research show that leadershipand work motivation here positive and significant to Government Apparatus’ Job Satisfaction both direct and indirect. Furthermore compensation and work environment has positive not significant to Government Apparatus’ Job Satisfaction but has significant effect through motivation as variabel intervening.
