This research was conducted in the Pangkalan Kerinci area of Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province to determine the amount of demand for clean water in households (non-commercial) in Kerinci Base and income, number of household members and water quality that affect water demand. The data used in this study is the primary data obtained using a sample questionnaire used as many as 93 household respondents in Pangkalan Kerinci. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive and quantitative methods. Quantitative analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression equations against data collected in the form of numbers tabulated in table form then discussed with descriptive methods. Based on this research, it is known that variables affect household income, household members and water quality. Affect the demand for clean water in Pangkalan Kerinci UPT-SPAM and the most dominant factor is household members because the more members of the household, the more water is needed every day.
