This research analysis the effect of monetary variables which are money supply, velocity of money and Gross Domestic Prodact (GDP) on inflation in Indonesia 2000 to 2017. This research uses time series data during 2000 to 2017. The method of analysis (multiple linear regression analysis) with SPSS’ application version 23.0. The results of statistic test show that simultaneous regression test (F test) for all independent variables have significant influence to Inflation with probability 0,000. Score of adjusted R square value of 0,966 means that about 96,6% of the variation of Inflation can explain by money supply, velocity of money and Gross Domestic Product (GDP), while the rest 3,4% is explained by variables outside the model. Partial regression test (t-test) show that money supply has significant and positive effect to inflation with probability 0,000. Velocity of money has significant and positive effect to inflation with probability 0,000. And Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has significant and negative effect to inflation with probability 0,000.
