Pengaruh Brand Image, Harga, Kualitas Produkterhadap Kepuasan Dan Keputusan Pembelian Ulang Produk Tupperware Di Kota Pekanbaru
Competition in household appliance product industry (food container) is increasingly increasing, this is marked by the presence of various brands and product variants. Such as Lion Star, Lock & Lock, Claris and others. So the company must have various strategies to survive in the competition. To face the competition, the company must be able to understand about the factors that influence the decision of purchasing the household equipment (food container). Among which will be studied is the problem Brand Image, Price, Product Quality, and customer satisfaction.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence Brand Image, Price, Product Quality Against Satisfaction And repurchase decision Tupperware Products In Pekanbaru City. This study was conducted In Pekanbaru City with the sample used is as much as 189 respondents who use Tupperware Products. Techniques Data collection used is a questionnaire with Likert scale. SEM analysis becomes hypothesis test tool using smartPls 3.00 and SPSS 17.00 for windows program.
Based on the results of research, it can be concluded: 1) Brand image, price, product quality influence on satisfaction; 2) Brand image, price, product quality to repurchase decision; 3) Satisfaction affects repurchase decision. Therefore, to create satisfaction and repurchase decisions, the company can improve its brand image, by embracing loyal customers, providing a variety of price and payment methods. And create quality products.
