This study aims to analyze the influence to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. The influence of brand image on customer satisfaction. In this study the research population is BRI customers in Kampar Regency as many as 6 units with the most potential of approximately 85,380 customers. The sample size that will be used is 398 people. Data analysis using WarpPLS approach. WarpPLS is one of the variance-based SEM statistical methods designed to solve multiple regressions when specific data problems occur, such as very small sample size, missing values and multicollinearity. WarpPLS is an alternative approach that shifts from a Covarian-based SEM approach to a variance-based.
The results of this study indicate that the influence of Brand Image on Satisfaction is significant with the value of Path Coefficient 0.334, p Value
