Gambaran Jenis Kolostomi Berdasarkan Tipe Fistula Pada Malformasi Anorektal Di RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Periode Januari 2015 – Desember 2018
Anorectal malformation is a congenital abnormality that can affect male or female and occur the most among other congenital abnormalities. Colostomy is the first procedure performed in patients diagnosed with anorectal malformation before fistula closure is made. This study aimed to determine the types of colostomy based on fistula types in anorectal malformations in Arifin Achmad General Hospital Pekanbaru in January 2015 – December 2018. This study used descriptive retrospective method and was done from November 2018 to March 2019. Total sampling was the sampling method used in this study, which had the total of 36 subjects. The population of this study was all of the anorectal malformation with fistula patients in Pediatric Surgery Division of Arifin Achmad General Hospital. This study showed that among 36 cases found, there were 22 patients (61,1%) were female and 14 patients (38,9%) were male. Based on the level of lesion, (66,67%) low lesions were found in male, (100%) intermediate lesions were found in female, (85,71%) high lesions were found in male. In this study, rectovestibular fistula had the highest incidence among other types of fistula (41,67%). Among 36 cases, (77,78%) of sigmoid colostomy was done and was the most chosen colostomy in the hospital.
