Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan ,Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Dan Kinerja Pegawai (Studi Pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Bengkalis)
Employee of Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kab.Siak has ineffective Performance, that indicated by unachieved target, make the BKD as a ruling region government office to manage all the Government Officer manage the human resource ineffectively so that the service is running low to the society as the customer. This is the finding of this research, that has been the focus of this research, and hypothetically caused by Leadership Style, Organization Culture, Competency and Work Discipline as intervening variable.
This research design as quantitative research, by questionnaire as data collection instrument, to 50 employee (sensus methode). The data analyzed by Partial Least Square approach caused by small size, and using path analysis with Work Discipline as Intervening Variable.
The research’s result show that Leadership Style and Competency has positive and significant to Employees’ Performance either directly or mediated by Work Discipline. This research’s result also show that Organization Culture has direct insignificant effect to Employees’ Performance, but has significantly effect mediated by Work Discipline, so that the suggestion of the result stated that the employees need to has more discipline to applied the Organization Culture, to increase their Performance.
