Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Pasir Pengaraian
The population and samples in this study are all employees in the branch office of Pasir Pengaraian with the number of employees as many as 113 people. Data analysis technique from this research using Smart PLS.
Based on the results of the analysis found that leadership and communication have a positive effect on performance, job satisfaction has a positive effect on performance, leadership has a positive effect on performance through job satisfaction, while communication has no effect on performance through job satisfaction.
Based on the results of the research, the company should always pay attention to employee satisfaction, especially to respond to complaints that may exist to be found the solution for employees always have high motivation and management company should also pay attention to career ladder in the future by doing job opening for promotion position.
