Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Komitmen Terhadap Motivasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Pada Karyawan PT Sindora Seraya Di Bagan Siapi-Api
The influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment to Motivation and Job Satisfaction at PT. Sindora Seraya in Bagan Siapi-api. Under the guidance of Jumiati Sasmita, and Sri Indarti. This research aims to know the influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment to Motivation and Job Satisfaction at PT. Sindora Seraya in Bagan Siapi-api. The population in this study are all employees of PT. Sindora Seraya that consisted 130 people, then the sample for this research was 98 people. The research method used quantitative. The analysis tools for this research is path analysis.
Results from this research indicates that Organizational Culture have significance effect on Motivation, Commitment have significance effect on Motivation, Organizational Culture have significance effect on Job Satisfaction, Commitment have significance effect on Job Satisfaction, Motivation have significance effect on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture have significance effect on Job Satisfaction through Motivation, and Commitment doesn’t have effect on Job Satisfaction through Motivation. The implications for this research that in order to have better Job Satisfaction; Organizational Culture, Commtment and Motivation needs to be improved. By increasing Motivation it could increase indirectly the effect Organizational Culture to Job Satisfaction.
