Peran Kepemimpinan Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Motivasi Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Satuan Brimob Polda Riau
This research is aims to know and analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on motivation and the effect toward performance. The research was conducted by survey method explanatory research. The population in this study was an employee at Brimob Polda Riau. The sampling technique used is proporsional stratified random sampling. To determine the sample size using the formula Slovin from 656 employees, 248 people in the sample. To process the data that has been obtained from the questionnaires that use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to hypothesis test, validity test and reliability test and use tools with AMOS.
The results showed that leadership and organizational culture have significantly positive to motivation. But leadership and organizational culture have no significantly direct effect on performance. While motivation has a significant and positive affect toward performance. This research suggest leader give motivate to all employees in Brimob and give reward to employee top performance.
