Gambaran Radiologi Foto Toraks Pada Pasien Tuberkulosis Paru Dengan Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 Pada Awal Pengobatan Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Tahun 2014 - 2017

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease which is caused by disorder or disturbance of insulin secretion and then cause hyperglicemia. It will ease infections. One of them is lung of test to diagnose tuberculosis is radiological x-ray. The objective of study is to describe the radiology of chest X-ray in pulmonary TB patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at the early of treatment at Arifin Achmad General Hospital Riau Province in 2014-2017. This study used a retrospective descriptive method and the source of data was medical record. This study used total sampling technique. Based on chest x-ray examination, most of lesion of new case was infiltrates (81%) and most of lesion of relaps case was infiltrates (30%). Most of infiltrates location was apex (48%) and most of cavity location was basal (60%). Most of symptoms of respiration were cough and breathlessness (46.3%).
