Tingkat Kepuasan Penyidik Kepolisian Resor Kota (Polresta) Pekanbaru Terhadap Visum Et Repertum Penganiayaan Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Pekanbaru

Visum et Repertum is a legitimate evidence in the form of a letter made by a doctor who performs an examination of both the living and dead victims at the official request of the investigator. The investigator is the only person entitled to request and receive the VeR results, so the assessment of the satisfaction of VeR user only be known by the investigators. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of investigators towards the VeR produced by Pekanbaru Bhayangkara Hospital. This research is a qualitative research using in-depth interview techniques. The sample selection was done purposively with a sample of 3 people. Interviews were conducted in the Women's and Children's Protection unit at POLRESTA Pekanbaru. The results showed that all investigators were satisfied with the time of completion of VeR, the language used in the VeR and the completeness of the VeR variable from the Bhayangkara Pekanbaru Hospital. It because the VeR completion time in not more than 3 days, the language in the VeR is accordance with the general provisions of making VeR, which is using a good and correct Indonesian Language and all variables in each VeR section complete, this is accordance with Herkutanto scoring statement that a good VeR has an 13 variables. It can be concluded that the investigators at POLRESTA Pekanbaru were satisfied with the VeR persecution from the Bhayangkara Hospital Pekanbaru.Keyword : Investigator satisfaction level (time, language, completeness variable), Visum et Repertum
